Aqua Faux Decorators Varnish provides a non-glare, non-reflective finish. Dead Flat Clear is a water-based, ultraviolet resistant, clear topcoat that is designed to provide extra protection to faux and decorative finishes. It is formulated for use over decorative paint work (faux, murals etc.) on a variety of substrates (vinyl, wood, plaster, metal) and is ideal for use over wallpaper, stone, brick and fabrics.
