Paint Shaver

American International Tool
Paint Shaver

American International Tool Industries Inc. has introduced a 2-in-1 power tool called the Paint Shaver. The tool is used for stripping regular and lead paint from exterior clapboards and shingles, old plastered walls, wood doors, flat window and door frames and almost any other flat surface. The sanding attachment is used for finish sanding or light paint removal on flat wood and other surfaces. The Paint Shaver will strip paint from the butt end and face surface of clapboards and shingles simultaneously at the rate of one square foot per approx. 15 seconds. A dust collector accessory is also available. A set of replaceable tungsten carbide blades will strip approximately 5,000 square feet of surface area and will not clog.

The Paint Shaver comes with a 5-inch or 7-inch EZ View sanding attachment that will retrieve the dust into the vacuum, keeping the operator and the work clean. For more information, visit the Paint Shaver Web site or call (800) 932-5872.
