SandDevil Sanding Belt

“Clever Lever” makes
loading easy

The SandDevil, a two-piece hand tool that turns a sanding belt into a sanding block, now comes with a “Clever Lever,” a lock-and-load switch that makes it devilishly easy to use.

Flip the lever out and the interlocking two-piece tool tightens, ready for a standard 3-inch by 21-inch belt to be advanced or slipped on or off. Snap the lever back in place and the tool stretches, holding the belt taut. Without the lever, a user has to struggle to pull a sanding belt over the block that will be holding it in place.

The lever is only part of a new design for the tough thermoplastic tool. Its new body is 100 percent plastic, so it can be used with wet belts and surfaces without fear of rust. It also weighs only half as much as the original SandDevil.
The multifaceted tool has three flat planes and several contoured surfaces, allowing it to sand curved, flat and hard-to-reach areas. It can get into standard molding shapes such as V grooves, bevels, squares, quarter-rounds and half-rounds.
