KILZ Premium is an acrylic latex coating that can be top-coated in one hour with latex or oil-based paint. It has excellent adhesion and a mildew-resistant formula for moisture-prone areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and basements. It will seal and block stains and odors to prevent water, ink, pencil, felt marker, smoke, asphalt and rust from bleeding through the topcoat paint.
KILZ Premium can be used on interior or exterior surfaces, including woodwork, paneling, furniture, masonry, brick, drywall, plaster, painted and glossy surfaces such as kitchen cabinets, enamel, wood trim and tile. It's also an excellent primer to apply over wallcovering, and it will block annoying tannin bleed on exterior surfaces such as redwood or cedar wooden decks and fences.
