CAPspray AirCoat Sprayer

The CAPspray AirCoat sprayer achieves the highest quality finishes with minimal bounceback and overspray by combining the principles of airspray and airless spray in a single system.

This portable system is versatile enough to use for low-pressure fine-finish work as well as high-pressure airless spraying. The system includes a diaphragm paint pump and an air compressor that work together to provide this versatility. The AirCoat mode is used for fine finish work with low to medium viscosity materials such as oils, stains, lacquers, etc. The airless mode is used for general painting with high viscosity materials such as latex.

The system uses low fluid pressure combined with low air pressure to deliver ultra-fine atomization with high transfer efficiency. The end result is exceptional finish quality. By utilizing lower fluid pressure, the Capspray AirCoat maintains significantly higher transfer efficiency than traditional airless without sacrificing application speed.
