Sherwin-Williams Operating Division Changes
The Sherwin-Williams Co.’s president and chief operating officer, Joseph M. Scaminace, has left the company and resigned from its board of directors. Scaminace had accepted the position of president and chief executive officer at OM Group Inc., a producer of metal-based specialty chemicals.
Sherwin-Williams chairman and chief executive officer Christopher M. Connor assumed the day-to-day management of the operating divisions of the company and was expected to add the title of president upon approval of the board of directors.
