Doxie Keller was recently elected board member-at-large of the 2006-07 Society of Decorative Painters board of directors in Hutchinson, Kan.
Keller has been a member of the society for 34 years. She is a charter member of the Kansas Wheathearts Decorative Painters and an honorary member of the Central Oklahoma Society of Tole and Decorative Painters.
The society hosts an annual decorative painting show, conference and expo, with next year’s dates tentatively set for May 29 through June 2 in Anaheim, Calif.
