Professional-grade extension poles from Purdy

Purdy’s new Professional-Grade Extension Poles were brought to the market in partnership with Jiffyloc. The lightweight extension poles have virtually no flex and are some of the most secure locking poles in the professional painting industry. They were designed to provide control never before seen in this product category, even painting at a distance of up to 16 feet.

The extension poles use a rigid internal telescoping tube made from heavy-wall anodized aluminum to ensure superior strength and eliminate flex. This high-strength yet lightweight anodized aluminum tube keeps the poles rigid and flex-free without adding unnecessary weight. The anodized aluminum is then covered with a lightweight, fiberglass coating, painted “Purdy yellow” for a bright and durable external finish.

The poles feature an easy-to-use, one-button release lever that securely locks the pole at 6-inch intervals. The one-button release solves slippage problems often experienced with typical twist-lock poles. The extension poles are available in many sizes: 1- to 2-foot, 2- to 4-foot, 4- to 8-foot, 6- to 12-foot and 8- to 16-foot. All fit standard screw-on roller frames.
