Chinex brush from Wooster
The new Wooster Chinex Shortcut offers the best of both worlds as the company’s latest high-quality formulation meets what company press materials call its most innovative brush design. The Shortcut is recommended for painting cupboards, corners, furniture, and window frames. Users with smaller hands or arthritis or similar conditions will also appreciate the design.
The unique, short handle offers added control and clearance in corners and tight spaces. For greater comfort and nonslip grip, it’s formed with Shergrip elastomeric material. The rubber-like surface resists slipping and offers more give than wood. Dried paint rubs right off of it.
While the handle is short, the brush head is full-size for fast coverage. It’s made of unique Chinex synthetic bristles, specially modified nylon exclusively from DuPont. Due to its low-moisture absorption, Chinex maintains stiffness, even in heat and humidity. It offers a balance of pickup and release, cleans up easily, and has excellent abrasion resistance for long brush life. Chinex brushes can be used in oil-based or water-based coatings and perform especially well with thick or fast-drying paints.
