HVLP Spray Stations
Earlex Inc. High Volume/Low Pressure HVLP Spray Stations are designed to replace electric buzz guns. Earlex Spray Stations are designed for a wide range of painting projects — from detail work such as painting furniture, doors or windows to large inside and outside surfaces such as walls, ceilings or decks.
The stations spray paint as fine as 1 inch and as wide as 12 inches. They have 98 percent paint transfer efficiency and no bounce-back due to low pressure and overspray. The gun is lightweight and there is on-board storage for a hose, spray gun and power cord. There are three adjustable spray patterns: vertical, horizontal and round.
A powerful turbine motor supplies the HVLP spray gun with a constant airflow at less than 2 psi. The air jacket around the paint ensures that overspray is minimal and gives the user optimum control of the spray.
The Earlex HVLP Spray Station line can apply a variety of paints including latex, lacquer, varnish, enamel, acrylic, fence and deck stain, polyurethane and many more.
The HVLP Spray Station Pro 5000 is a professional unit that includes a pro-style metal spray gun and a quick release latch for fast removal of the 1-quart Teflon-coated paint pot.
