PDRA will join Hardware Show in Vegas

The Paint & Decorating Retailers Association (PDRA) is moving its annual event for the paint industry, the Paint and Decorating Show, from its previous March 2004 venue in Las Vegas to become part of the 2004 National Hardware Show, May 10-12 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

PDRA is a trade association serving thousands of independent paint and decorating retailers in the United States, Canada and around the world, who sell paint, wallpaper, window coverings, floor coverings and the tools and applicators needed for those jobs. Its annual trade show attracts manufacturers and thousands of independent paint dealers and features the latest products and tools in the industry.

PDRA will be the official sponsor of the National Hardware Show, and its magazine, Paint & Decorating Retailer, will be the official paint publication. Joining the PDRA Paint & Decorating Show with the 2004 National Hardware Show in Las Vegas accomplishes several things. For one, it expands the presence of the paint category at the National Hardware Show. For another, it brings new interest in the National Hardware Show from independent paint retailers.
