Diversified Brands' Acrylic Enamel

Diversified Brands' new Iron Guard DTM Acrylic Enamel is a high-gloss, waterborne, 100 percent acrylic, corrosion-resistant coating from Krylon Industrial that enables a direct-to-metal application on new or clean metal without the need for a primer.

Iron Guard is a low-VOC, low-odor, 100 percent compliant product based on current regulations. It lowers overall emissions by eliminating the need for primers, thinners and clean-up solvent. It is available in one- and five-gallon cans, 13 package colors, three tinting bases and two primers.

Iron Guard offers superior rust protection and new gloss retention technology. Additional features include exceptional resistance to early moisture, chemicals, flash rust/early rust and corrosion, as well as fast drying and outstanding adhesion properties.

Designed for new construction or maintenance use over prepared substrates in industrial environments, applications include ornamental iron, tanks and cylinders, steel fabricated parts, equipment, machinery, metal buildings, select marine structures, piping, hand rails and many other industrial surfaces requiring painting. Recommended substrates include steel, iron, aluminum, galvanizing, concrete, masonry and wood.
