Norton Abrasives’ new microfiber cloths allow painters to pick up dust and sanding debris rather than just moving it around, leaving a dust-free finish every time.
The cloths’ special properties are unique to microfiber fabric. A microfiber is a single fiber strand, thinner than a human hair, which is split 16 times. The V-shaped splits collect dust particles between the fibers, and natural static charge and capillary action help those spaces attract particles like magnets.
These dry tack cloths are designed for dry dusting applications, picking up sanding residue and resisting snags. Micro-fiber cloths for wet cleaning and polishing are also available.
