Valspar Painting and Coatings
The Valspar Corp., a global leader in the paint and coatings industry, is welcoming a new group of executives.
Rolf Engh has been named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Engh was previously a senior vice president at the company.
Gary E. Hendrickson has been named Senior Vice President, assuming responsibility for leading architectural, global wood coatings and federal businesses. He will continue to have overall responsibility for Valspar’s interests in Asia Pacific.
Donald A. Nolan has been named Senior Vice President, assuming responsibility for leading global packaging and automotive coatings businesses. He will continue to have overall responsibility for Valspar’s interests in Europe and Latin America.
Also, the Valspar board of directors has elected Thomas R. McBurney chairman of the board. McBurney has been a member of the Valspar board since 1987 and is president of McBurney Management Advisors.
William L. Mansfield was elected president and chief executive officer in February.
