Zinsser, RTI Wallcoverings
Zinsser Co., Inc. recently completed the acquisition of RTI International Wallcoverings Pty. Ltd., of Sydney, Australia.
Founded in 1988 as an importer and distributor of wallcovering products, RTI has been the exclusive distributor of Zinsser products in Australia since 1991. It distributed Zinsser paint primers, wallcovering products, clear finishes and mold- and mildew-prevention products to paint stores, co-ops and home centers throughout the continent.
To facilitate Zinsser’s growth in the region, Zinsser Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd. was founded in January 2005.
