Ultra Step ladders are a lightweight option for those who need a 5-foot-to-8-foot A-frame ladder for indoor use. The Little Giant Ultra Step has a unique tripod-like design that gives the ladder Little Giant stability for roughly half the price of the well-known Little Giant 1A line.
The Ultra Step can adjust to fit staircases, sloping ground, and ramps. With the tripod leg in the vertical position, the ladder can be placed vertically, getting users close to walls or corners.
The Ultra Step is rated up to 300 pounds and meets or exceeds all applicable OSHA and ANSI standards. A fiberglass version of the Ultra Step was designed for those who need to work with electrical components.
Little Giant also has news about the latest version of its flagship, the Model 17 IA articulating ladder. The new version has wheels at its base so it slides easily from one placement to the next, plus a new, patented hinge.
