Telescoping Multiladder

Ladders, Werner Ladders

In the world of ladders, Werner Co.’s popular M1 and new MT series pack a solid one-two punch.

The M1 series Multi-Master Articulated ladder contorts into 18 shapes, thanks to its three-position Multi-Lok hinge. It can be used as, among other things, a double stepladder, stairwell ladder, multishelf unit, stand-off ladder, self-supporting, stairwell or extended-span scaffold, or half-length, 3⁄4-length, or full length straight ladder.

Telescoping MultiladderThe M1 is rated Type I with a load capacity of 250 pounds, and it comes fully assembled except for its bolt-on base. The ladder’s feet are slip-resistant, while the painter’s feet stand on multidirectional round rungs.

The MT series Telescoping Multiladder, as its name suggests, has a telescoping design. This ladder converts to a twin stepladder, stairway stepladder, extension ladder, or two scaffold bases. Height can be adjusted quickly with spring-loaded J locks, and position is adjusted with soft-touch push knobs.

The MT also features double-riveted steps, slip-resistant feet, an extra-wide flared bottom and smooth curved rails. It is rated Type IA with a load capacity of 300 pounds.
