Hyde Tools Inc.
Hyde Tools Inc, a member of the Hyde Group in Southbridge, Mass., has acquired the assets and name of Goodell Inc. of Minneapolis, Minn., in another move to solidify its brand leadership in various hand tool markets. Rick Clemence, the president of Hyde Tools, explains that all Goodell customers are now transferred to Hyde.
