You'll use lime and cement-based as well as synthetic plasters, glazes, waxes, metallics and more in creating samples that are in high demand by top designers and architects around the world. Specialty Workshops Murals With Jennifer Carrasco This fast paced workshop 5-day intensive workshop in mural making by veteran muralist, Jennifer Carrasco will cover tips and techniques for making murals from start to finish; what grounds to use, methods of transfer, prep of painting surface, varieties of finish and scale, methods of installation and a quick review of color theory with glazing techniques.
The Art of Architectural Stenciling
In this comprehensive workshop you will learn many different stencils, from bridged versions of old to the multi layered theorem stencils of today; shading, shadowing, textural, contemporary and traditional methods will add uniquely beautiful, in-demand techniques to your portfolio.

European Fine Furniture Finishing
This 5-day comprehensive hands on class is designed to make you comfortable with a variety of techniques that can be applied to an assortment of architectural surfaces.
Students will learn over 25 techniques, and complete 6 multi-layered wooden pieces. Each will take home portfolio pieces for Chinoiserie, Depentori, Marquetry, French embossed door panel, and many sample boards for everything from simple distressing, to decoupage, craquelure and vinegar painting.
