Master Coatings Scuffmaster Armor Commercial Wallfinishes
Master Coatings Technologies introduces Scuffmaster Armor Finishes Collection for commercial walls. Armor finishes are unique among multi-color wall paint systems because of their water-based polyurethane plastic formulation fortified with Kevlar, which results in a significantly more abrasion-resistant and cleanable finish than other decorative multi-color products. In recent ASTM D2486 Scrub Resistance testing, Scuffmaster Armor withstood 25,000 scrub cycles without damage, while the leading water-based multi-color product was destroyed after 3,900 cycles and ordinary acrylic latex wall paint after 1,500. Armor was designed especially for commercial spaces where repeated damage and staining are a continual and expensive problem.
Scuffmaster Armor finishes are created in a two-step process (base coat and pattern coat) by manufacturer-certified painting contractors using patented spray technology from Master Coating Technologies. The catalyzed polyurethane in the base and pattern coats bond to form a tough textured finish.
The Armor collection features 65 finishes in stylish commercial colorations. Custom colorations can be created quickly and easily.
