Glow little GloBug, glimmer, glimmer Multiquip Inc. has released two GloBug light towers that flood work areas with 360 degrees of glare-free light. Each lightweight tower includes a 1,000-watt metal halide lamp that illuminates distances of more than 150 feet.
The standard Glo-Bug, with a cart for an optional generator, has a maximum mast height of 16 feet. It is fitted with a parking brake, safety winch, quick-disconnect power cable, lifting hook and pneumatic tires.
The Glo-Bug Solo, a stand-alone model, sports a maximum mast height of 13 feet. It is fitted with five counterweighted outriggers for stabilization, and its three-stage mast comes with a 30-inch extension pole.
